Dwayne He was the one who founded Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007, is now its pastor. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne, in addition to being pastor, is passionate about training up the younger generation. He is part of the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous online publications as well as a contributing author in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling changing lives by embracing God's changeless truth (eds.
